The following words and terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings given by the definitions below:

• "Platform" refers to the 22bmw website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on or using this platform.

• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

You can be automatically upgraded to a higher tier based on your activity and overall participation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the 22bmw platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Misusing or manipulating bonuses or promotional offers.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or attempting to harm other users.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate the platform.

Violation of any of the above rules will result in the immediate suspension or closure of the relevant account, and earned bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

7.1 Account Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. All pending transactions must be completed and the balance withdrawn before the account is closed.

7.2 Account Suspension or Closure by 22bmw

22bmw reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
• Evidence of fraud or deception is found.

• Failure to provide documents required for verification.
• Due to legal obligations.
